Are my transactions safe and secure?

All data is stored on servers hosted by companies like IBM and Microsoft.  Data is transmitted using encrypted file formatting and the site is protected with SSL certification.

What do I need to qualify?

All borrowers need to send a picture of their state issued ID and validate their bank account to be eligible for approval.  This is done when logged into the MEMBER AREA using the Upload and Bank Verification features.  ILLINOIS: all Illinois residents are required to upload a copy of their last paystub.

Do you check my credit rating?

No, we do not pull your credit report from any of the (3) major credit bureaus during our approval process. We do use alternative credit agencies and in Illinois we report to Veritec, the Illinois reporting database

What if I have filed bankruptcy in the past, can I still qualify?

You may qualify as long as your bankruptcy has been discharged.

How can I apply?

You can apply for a loan right here from our website. If you are applying after 6:00 pm (CST), we will contact you by 10:00 am (CST) the next business day. 

How long does it take to get an approval?

It normally takes about 30 minutes after we've received any requested information and your bank account has been validated.

How much can I borrow?

Up to $1,500.  However, amounts can be influenced by the state you live in.  For example, in California the maximum loan amount is $255, and in Louisiana the maximum loan is $350. Please call customer service for details.

What is instant bank validations?

You are able to validate your bank account online while logged into the MEMBER AREA.  It is a safe and secure process provided by a third party via text or email.  Once completed, we receive a report of your account transactions and information confirming the data you provided in your application.

When will loan proceeds be deposited into my account?

Funds are generally available to you the next business day.  Loan approvals completed before 11:30 am CST are usually available same day.

What options do I have when my loan is due?

Payment options vary depending on the state you live in and  you should call to discuss your options.  If you wish to ask about payment methods other than automated electronic withdrawal, please call customer service. With any of our loans, you can always pay off early with no penalty.

Are your services confidential?

We respect the privacy of our customers and we keep all of your personal information and information regarding all transactions completely confidential.  We do not sell or provide any customer data to other companies for marketing purposes.  See our Privacy Policy for details.
